Latreuo Gathering

Our name says why we come together. Latreuo (la-true-o) is a Greek word that means to voluntarily serve or worship out of desire not compulsion.

Our gathering strives to bring Jesus' love to people in need by providing personal hygiene packages to a variety of organizations in our area. We assemble these kits around shared conversation, laughter, and listening. The assembled kits are delivered at a later time to the organizations that have requested them.

We meet the third Tuesday of each month at 6:30pm-7:30pm to assemble the packages. All materials for the packages are provided, you need only show up to make new friends and help other people.

H.O.P.E is an outreach ministry that provides both physical and spiritual nourishment to the homeless people in Austin.
